It just depends on where you encounter your enemies! So try to look for area's that will be large enough for both you and your friend! Though generally the camera isn't a huge problem at all, so you should be good! I would say it happens in only a few battles, maybe a bit more than few. Yeah~ it's great that the tales of games have co op!Īnd certainly! The camera is focused on player 1 so player 2 may end up being off screen, so you just need to adjust the camera at times to make sure your friend is able to see while fighting.įor me, the camera only spins uncontrollably whenever I tried to fix the camera up for my friends, but that's where the annoyance comes in as fixing it can sometimes cause it to either spin uncontrollably or zoom into the enemies body, making it hard to fight :( So you'd have to keep trying to fix it till it's perfectly the camera is in a good position. I recommend doing so IF you have that one friend that will be very silly or if you're inviting random people.

Normally I block both keyboard and mouse since my client only ever needed to use the controller. When you remote play, you'll notice that you can block your clients keyboard, mouse and gamepad.

Always have your controller plugged in first before letting your friends connect, otherwise their controller will be considered as Gamepad 1 and then you connecting it later will get the game to think you are Gamepad 2.Ģ. Just a little something in case you happen to run into this trouble:ġ. You won't be able to do anything much on gamepad 2, so if you need to take control over your friend, the keyboard will allow you to take control over their gamepad. However, in the control settings, if you set Player 2 to use Gamepad 1 and set yourself to Gamepad 2, then your friend will be able to control the main avatar and use the menu and other things that player 1 can normally do. Only one player will be able to control the main avatar (Gamepad 1). it'll come up as Keyboard, Gamepad 1 or Gamepad 2 (gamepad 3 and 4 if you have 4 people joining you!) :(īut other than that, you and your friend will have a good time with the steam version then!īoth players can use gamepads! You just need to set the controller for both player 1 and 2. And oh, I see! I understand now! That's unfortunate for the PS4 version then.
